I had an extra Lore, and hsi outfit just happens to be a Pakled outfit since he was picked up by a group of them after being sucked out into space. For the head I used my goofy-ass Trelane head that I had no other use for. The poofy cheeks and silly expression worked perfectly, though it was a shame to lose the sideburns.
