Unfortunatly, no name has been given to this guard. He's actually the one who was on the vintage Bespin Guard card, even though the figure was the guard who had a mustache. I also know he's not Asian, but oh well. The guard in the back of the ref pic is the guard used on the Force File, though he's not actually the Asian guard, they just fudged him a bit in the picture. The real Asian Bespin Guard is in the entourage that follows Lando out to meet the Falcon. In addition, I made his accesories chrome and black like they should be. Also of note, the Imperial in the pic is Jeremy Bulloch, aka Boba Fett.
