General Ceel is never actually seen in the movie, since his part was cut and lines transfered to Tarples, but he is in the novel and was rumored to be an upcoming figure back before the Ep1 line was ever released. I shaved off Tarples's whiskers, and his purple colorization and replaced it with light green. I then changed his cap color and slightly modified his vest to match the other generic Gungan Generals (Tarples comes to a point by his belt) The ref pic is of a random Gungan General, but who knows, it could've been meant to be Ceel.
