When I saw that this outfit was a recolored version of Bespin Lando, the POTJ version had yet to even be annouced. The POTF2 Lando was just so horrible that I decided to put this custom on hold until a resculpt was annouced anyway. Then I fogot about it, but finally I remembered. I had to cut down the generals cape a bit, as well as glue in the inner design, which fell out a bit when I scanned, but looks fine when verticle :) Also, that's a shadow on his face in the ref pic, not odd sideburns.
