I don't really know if Worf appeared back in his Duty Uniform once he switched back to red, but this is yet another example of "I have an extra, may as well do something with it." At least I still now he can hang out with my other DS9 Duty Uniform figures.
UPDATED - Worf was in a red duty uniform in the TNG episode Parallels, and never did, in fact, don one at any time during the run of DS9.
