Everyone thinks this guy is the same as Lt. Telsj (even I did for some reason) but if you look he has a totally different helmet. Oh yeah - and he's a white guy with brown hair. I didn't bother to paint his hair brown since you can't really see it, but I might go back and do it since his helmet is so boring. Just a red stripe and his Batman chin symbol.
