The underground, upsidedown, personal escape vessel/prison, otherwise known as the Lusankya, was buried under Coruscant for Palpatine's use. It was also used by Ysanne Isard as a prison camp, which she had to use to lift off the face of the planet to escape the coming New Republic. In doing so she killed millions. To make it I just painted the ship white, as it was described. I thought of doing major battle damage, but decided against it as it wasn't described all to well in the book.
