It seems that Twi'leks in the Star Wars movies seem to vary tremendously in features and colors, so who knows. Nawara may not look just like this in, um, "real life," but I have a feeling that this is what he was envisioned to look like, since at the time of the book being written everyone thought Twi'leks looked the same. Also for some reason, Twi'lek women in Star Wars art always look just like a female Bib Fortuna, while Oola is an example of a female Twi'lek and their heads are very different. One more thing that got lost in the shuffle.
UPDATED: In the Japanese Rogue Squad books they have line art drawings of all the Rogues. Nawara has some sort of lek wrap thing going on, so I added it to my figure.
