I normally don't do Jedi customs with and without cloaks. One version is fine for me, but since Quinlan is usually seen without his cloak, and since he requires no parts swapping, and because Ep1 figures are now literally about a dime a dozen, I made him cloakless. As a bonus I have the shot from Phantom Menace with Quinlan in it. Actually it has the extra that Quinlan's creator thought would make a cool Jedi.
