I really call this figure "Surfin' Jar Jar." He's the the Jar Jar that came with the Pez Handler. He has a metal bar sticking ut of his foot, so I can only stand him up if the bar in the hole on a COMMTech chip, so it looks a bit like he's surfing on it. He's one of a pair of Pez Handler figures that I was going to add over a year ago, but somehow he slipped through during a massive update.
