I had planned on using this Bib Fortuna head to make Anoon Bonadara, but then I heard that Hasbro would be making an Alien Jedi pack of some sort, which would include a Twi'lek Jedi, so I held off on the off chance that they made Anoon also. Well, turns out that while the Human and Rodian Jedi in the 3-pack aren't based on any character, the Twi'lek is in fact Anoon. Well, there was one other male Twi'lek Jedi that I could remember - this unnamed character from Open Seasons. I was going to attempt to use Bib's own body to make a Jedi uniform, but I had a Spirit Obi-Wan to use as fodder, so I used that body instead.
