I know, I keep saying I'm done with "Vintage-Style" customs, but then I keep getting new ideas. Yakface wasn't actually that much of a big deal to do. I turned his robe into a vest and repainted it (the paint pigments are seperating out though, as you can probably see) and painted his boots and collar grey.
