Rystáll

An exotic woman of humanoid origin, Rystáll was abandoned shortly after birth and raised by a pair of kindhearted Ortolan musicians. She spent much of the early years of her life as a street musician in the shadowy undercity of Coruscant. A turning point in her life occured when she was enslaved by a Vigo of the criminal organization Black Sun, and forced to dance whenever the crime lord had important visitors. After more than two years of suffering, Rystáll managed to gain the notice of Lando Calrissian, who was participating in a Sabacc tournament featuring the galaxy's greatest gamblers. Calrissian responded to her plea for help, and was able to successfully wager for her release. Once freed, Rystáll drifted from planet to planet, getting by on her musical skills. She would eventually become a back-up singer for the Max Rebo Band, which performed regularly for yet another crime lord - this time the powerful Jabba the Hutt.
