Movie and TV reference:
- Roger Ebert's page at the Chicago Sun-Times.
- Ebert is an incredibly prolific reviewer, and I say one of the best. I frequently disagree with him, but at least I can always understand his arguments, which is more than I can say for some reviewers.
- The Internet Movie Database
- One of the shining jewels of the internet, the most complete database of movies, tv shows, cast and crew available. Did you know that Courtney Cox was in "Masters of the Universe"? Well, you do now.
- Rotten Tomatoes
- A one-stop movie reviewing site which collects the reviews of many print and internet critics into a consensus. Amazingly cool.
- Yahoo's TV Listings
- My local TV listings. You can see what's on where I am!
- TV Guide's TV Listings
- Not as good as Yahoo's, but good to have when Yahoo's aren't working (an all too frequent occurance). Once again, cued to my local listings.
- MovieTickets.com and Fandango.com
- Two web sites that allow you to buy movie tickets on-line for a large variety of theaters. I find them most useful, however, as a very accurate way to get the show times.
