OVERVIEW
The TME-12 Peregrin is a de-teched version of the venerable NMF-49 Peregrin medium fighter used by the Weirdo Zone Navy. Popular with pilots thanks to its durability and speed, the Peregrin is the best Human design to grace the Weirdo Zone Navy's fighter assets.
CAPABILITIES
A well-armored and versatile craft, the Peregrin outguns and outflies most similarily sized aircraft. It can dissipate enough heat to fire its weapons in long-range and short-range groups. The extended-range particle projector cannons provide long-range interdiction firepower while the four medium lasers give the Peregrin some close-in teeth. Its blinding speed for it size puts it on par with smaller fighter but still has above average armor. With six tons of fuel, it has a longer endurance than most other fighters.
DEPLOYMENT
Peregrins are relatively popular medium fighters, especially among the forces of House Marik.
VARIANTS
The TME-12 is quite popular and no -A version has been released yet to pander to meaningless complaints.
