OVERVIEW
The TME-146 OmniLocust is the last TME production line of this venerable 'Mech. It is a chassis devoid of weapons, intended to be filled to the gunwales by its purchaser with the most deadly means of destruction concievable.
While empty, its seven tons of pod space holds promise. It could carry a large extended-range laser and two medium lasers; a blistering arsenal of seven medium lasers; fourteen small lasers could needle an opponent to death; or a single extended-range particle projection cannon could spread the death about.

DESIGNER'S NOTES: The Locust drawing is from the 3025 Technical Manual, and the silhouette is from the BattleTech, Second Edition boxed game; both copyright FASA 1986. The Locust planform (real name unknown) is copyrighted by whoever made the Japanese Anime series "Crusher Joe." The Locust was not specifically named in the Harmony Gold suit against FASA, but was discontinued to avoid further legal problems. The statistics are mine.
