OVERVIEW
The TME-37 Wirbelwind is a major modification of the TME-18 Nebelwerfer. While similar in outward appearance, the Wirbelwind's interior layout is almost entirely different from that of its predecessor.
CAPABILITIES
The Wirbelwind fills an entirely new role for a helicopter--fast artillery support. With an underslung Arrow-IV artillery missile launcher, the Wirbelwind can strike targets up to two kilometers away, giving commanders the first truly mobile artillery platform in existance.
DEPLOYMENT
It is popular with airborne calvary units and light motorized panzer brigades.
