I can help. I have been working with computers for nearly 20 years. I
have a broad knowledge of computers ranging from basic operating system
usage to home networking. My knowledge is on PC not Macintosh. I work primarily by appointment. But I can also do immediate response help, which, of course, incurs a higher cost. Please include a description of your technical difficulty, 3 dates and times that would be appropriate for you, and your address. I will send a return email stating cost and my earliest available date based on your 3 choices. General Pricing: Minimum 1 hour billed. $20 for the first hour. Additionally $10 per hour after the first hour. Time will be rounded up per 1/2 hour. Thank You, John |
