USS Agamemnon NXP/NX-97000 History:

	With the new threat of the Borg realized Starfleet calls for a new design of
heacy warship. Agamemnon Project proposed and approved by Starfleet Command. Preliminary
designing and planning begins.

	System and space frame begin primary design fases. ASDB begins early computer simulations
on basic vessle charicteristics. Early space frame designes based on an enlarged Galaxy hull.

	Computer and Inernal systems designs approved. Computer simulations continue.

2368
	Warp drive and Impuse system designs approved. Testing begins on new weopon and defence
systems for class.

2369:
	Preliminary spaceframe design dropped in favor of and expanded version of what is to be 
used on the Soverign Project. Phase one computer simulations conclude.

2370:
	Spaceframe design revised to incorperate Multi-Vector mode from the Promethius project.
Spaceframe and new warp drive designs approved. Phase two computer simulations begin. 
Duel primary Warp Core design approved. Phase two simulations concluded. Special Drydock at 
Antairies IV ASDB facil

2371:
	First frame members gamma-welded at Antaries IV ASDB Facility. Warp Nacell's begin 
construction at Utopia Planitia.

2372:
	Impulse engines test fitted to frame. major component and hardware instalation begins.
Habitat moduals test fitted to frame. 

2373: 
	Warp Nacell's copleted and shipped to Antaires. Computer cores installed. Impulse engines
and fussion ractors installed. Instalation of habitat moduals begins. Construction of outer skin 
begins. Spaceframe completed.

2374:
	Warp Nacell's docked to spaceframe. Power systems installed. Warp core's compleated and
docked with spaceframe. Outer skin 75% complete. Power tests with primary and secondary systems 
begins. Warp core powered to warp 8 equivalent.

2375: 
	weopons and defence systems installed. Test Bridge moduals docked with space frame. Outer skin
completed. Inner systems completed. Scaffolding removed and systems undergo testing. 
Captain Thomas Johnson assumes command of testing phase. Vessle deemed spaceworthy and designated
USS Agamemnon NXP-97000 (Experimantal Prototype). 

Early 2376:
	USS Agamemnon launched. First impulse flight tests completed and passed. Weopons and
defencive systems tested and passed. Agamemnon achieves warp flight. Operational Bridge moduals
docked with spaceframe. All lifepods and auxilery craft docked.

Late 2376:
	Outbreak of the Ken-Dhar war. USS Agamemnon rushed into active duty. Re-designated NX-97000
(Exoperimental vessle). Captain Johnson assumes full active command of the Agamemnon and a
full crew is assigned.
	Agamemnon see's heavy combat as Flagship of the 4th Battlefleet. After the end of the war
Agamemnon undergoes a minor system upgrade.

2377:
	USS Agamemnon is pulled into an alternate dimention and seriously damaged, including major
damage to the spaceframe and power systems and distrabution networks. 
	Agamemnon almost decomissioned. towed to Antaries ASDB and put into drydock. Undergoes 
9 months of repairs and re-construction. 

Early 2378:
	USS Agamemnon re-launched and deemed spaceworthy. Vice Admiral Johnson assumes command.
Agamemnon assigned to Delta Force and undegoes major upgrade to weopons and defencive systems.
