Okay, this category was almost a no-brainer. Haley Joel Osment as Jack. It would have to be Osment because he's a good actor and there aren't many other actors at about the right age. Unless they decided to go with an unkown actor, which would work as well. Jack is the son of a man that Lawson killed. Lawson later learns that it was a set up and then takes it upon himself to protect the boy. When Jack is kidnapped, Lawson sets out with Wirek, travelling across the world to save him. Jack is an Invoker, meaning he has the power to summon vampire spirits.

Colin Farrel is a talented actor and could play Petrov, the former Fixer called out of retirement to help Arvella kidnap Jack. Petrov was relieved of his duties of Fixer when he stumbled upon a Vampire Council Member having a love affair with a human. He became bitter and then joined Arvella in her evil.

I could not picture anyone as this character and I only came up with Bebe Neuwirth when another Merz fan suggested her on Merz's message board. Arvella is a Vampire Council Member who is also an Invoker. She turns corrupt when she kidnaps Jack so the two of them with their combined strengths can rule the world using the spirits they summon.
