Jon F. Merz is the author of the Lawson Vampire series for Pinnacle Books. He was born in Norwood, MA, USA but currently lives in Boston, MA, USA.
He has written four books for the series so far. The ones published in the series are The Fixer which was released in May 2002 and The Invoker in October 2002, The Destructor is now on SALE. However, the Syndicate will be released in October 2003. He is currently working on an outline for the fifth novel in the series THE RONIN.
The Lawson Vampire series may be turned into movies. Stan Winston Productions is currently lookin at producing it. Stan Winston is the man behind the three Terminators as well as many other blockbuster movies.
Besides the Lawson Vampire series Jon has written two novels which he is working on getting published. He is currently on the re-write of the horror novel Vicarious. He is also working on two other series, one about a paraplegic private eye, Jake Thunder. He has not released any info on the series titled Arcana except that it will feature a new hero for a new time and place.
