I do believe that the fog has really begun to lift. Not only did I shave my legs the other day (all the way up, by the way) but today instead of taking a nap when I felt sleepy, I worked out.
I KNOW!
I did stretches to warm up, then did 8 Minute Abs (granted I really did more like 4 Minute Abs because when the count down clock hit 15 seconds on the exercise, I stopped, but give me a break this is the first time I've done it in aobut 2 years). Then I did leg lifts, donkey kicks, and ran in place for 5 minutes. Then I did a few lifts with 5 lbs. weights, waist twists, lunges and now I'm off to the showers.
Anyone want to soap up my back?

I took a nap today.
I'm never going to have a normal sleep pattern again, am I?
Actually, since I'm nearly out of coffee, I might not have the energy to do anything else but sleep.
I wonder if there isn't something wrong with me, I can sleep right after a cup of coffee, that's not normal, is it?
I'm running low on coffee. And half and half. No money. Looks like I'll be eating sugar in the morning.
I have plenty of sugar.
I just woke up and I could already use a nap. I shouldn't nap today. I have to break this habit. Last night I was tired enough to turn off the tv and close my eyes but I didn't fall asleep for hours. I'm pretty sure that the 3 hour nap yesterday was what did it.
Someone I don't know is having a baby and some friends of mine and I are thinking about making a quilt for the baby. I know it seems odd, but it is way to bond with my friends.
I've never made a quilt before. Fun.
