Her story is one of survival, it is raw and real in the retelling, and it could have happened to anyone. It's that one road splitting into two - one way is a childhood of innocence, safety and knowing that she was the most important thing in her father's life - the other road leads to a step-family, being ostracized by her father in favor of his new wife and family, sexual abuse, drug addiction, and the sex industry.

What most wouldn't have after taking the second road is the hope, optimism and altruism that Heroine Girl radiates.
