This guy is basically a one-frame wonder. I guess briefly during the Clone Wars this guy was on the council, and then presumably got himself killed. I used a bunch of extra Jedi parts and wound up with a rather dynamically posed figures, based on a character who was seen sitting down for a single panel. His body is actually a pre-made custom that came with my oft-mentioned eBay parts lot that I won like three years ago.
