The Colonel here is the first Galaxies custom I've made. When the game came out, I decided not to bother making customs from it, as it was just too expansive, and the whole thing is apocryphal anyway (plus I didn't start playing it until last year, and after six months got bored and cancelled my subscription) I do have images of several in-game characters saved though, in case of extra figures. I have no idea who Colonel OR-5 is, or what he does, but he looks pretty cool.
