I don't know if this was intented to be a white ARC. On the one hand, his armor has no markings, but on the other hand he's got a red pauldron and skirt. He also could be a miscolored Clone Captain, as if you look at the art, he has black lines marking off where the red color should be. What does this mean? It means at some point down the line I might make an all-white ARC on my own.
