I put this clone in the same waiting period as the Ep3 figures, since when the Covert Ops Clone was released, Hasbro had announced that they'd be making a line of Clone Troopers. It seems to have yet to happen, so i went ahead and made this Commander who seems to be under SaeSee Tiin's command. It might be Captain Fordo - as Captain Fordo was shown with the exact same markings, only his helmet looks like Commander Neyo's.
