I've had this figure sitting around for a long time - there's just not much you can do with Shu Mai. I was going to make a Gossam Jedi, but instead I decided to try and make the Gossam Commando. I had skipped over him intially, since the picture is of a male Gossam, and Shu Mai is female, but it's an army builder, so (Clones aside) gender doesn't really matter. I should also probably note that while I can't get my Shu Mai figure to stand, as soon as I cut off the skirt, this figure stood perfectly.
