When I first started to customize heavily, I re-read through all my comics to pull out new figure ideas. This guy was on the list initially, but at the time Ree-Yees figures were extremely expensive, and since the character is only in the comic for two or three panels, he got cut. Of course since then I've done customs of even more obscure characters, and Ree-Yees costs a lot less, so he finally got made. I'm glad too, cause as far a sI'm concerned, you can never have too many lime green, three-eyed goat aliens!
