For all I know, Master Ph'Ton is one of the two Bith Jedi from Jedi Council: Act of War. Maybe one day the connection will be made, but either way, the robes were different, so I made him. The brown marker I used is running out of paint and is getting really watery, but I think it came out looking like I gave him a paint wash.
