At first I was going to use a Republic Commando body for this figure, but then I couldn't get the harness to fit, so based on a vagaries of the Clone Wars cartoon style, I decided that the helmet could technically be considered an Ep3 Clone Trooper helmet without the crest, and the body is actually drawn the same as a regular Clone Trooper, so I went with it.
UPDATED - Now that Hasbro has been more Republic Commandos - including ones I've already made - I went back and re-did this figure properly.
