This guy is a background character in MedStar, just decribed as a cantina denizen. Other than being "coal black" the Wookiee was described as having a white patch of fur in a star shape on his shoulder. I made a general star shape, and then to make it a little more organic looking, I followed all the strands of fur that I painted white to the ends, and any bits of fur that I only painted the ends of I repainted black.
