Renaissance
Renaissance is a story I started writing about two or three years ago. It has taken me that long just to get even four chapters out, with many, many revisions. The story takes place in New Orleans. It is based off of something Natalie said before Nick killed her in the finale. I remember she said something to the effect of, "I'd rather be dead with you, than alive without you." In essence, she wanted to be with him one way or another, in this life or the next. The title of this story means "rebirth." It is about Nick, Natalie, Tracy, and Vachon all reincarnated many years down the road, and their journey to recover their memories of their previous life and learn from their mistakes. Of course, there are a couple of bad guys, to name one, LaCroix himself - whom, as many fans know - has had somewhat of a tempestuous relationship with his 'child.' As I write the story, there may be changes made to parts I have already posted. Therefore, check back once a month. Unfortunately, school does not give me much time to dally with my favorite pastime.Renaissance - A Work In Progress!
