Baby Godzilla is basically the Heisei version of Minilla with a different storyline and design. During a research expedition to Adona Island, a group of scientists find 2 eggs on a mountain. One of the eggs hatched and is later realized that it was Rodan, as Rodan attacked the expedition. The second egg was taken to there laboratory back on the Japan mainland. Whenever the egg is scared, it will glow a bright red and after it hatches, its eyes will do the same. Baby Godzilla's most useful ability is his telepathic link with Rodan and Godzilla, which would come in handy if it were in trouble.
