The Garuda is a high tech machine built to counter Godzilla. The project went slow and was considered obsolete when MechaGodzilla was created. The Garuda has 2 main Beam Cannons which added with its ability to fly, make it a formidable foe. The creator of the Garuda did not want to see his creation go to waste after it was scraped. He worked on a slight design change to combine the Garuda with MechaGodzilla. The New MechaGodzilla would be titled Super MechaGodzilla.
