Kitalpha's Star Wars Pet Shop

    Well, it turns out this is actually not the only Star Wars pet shop on the web. Oh well. Well, if it was not the only, it may have been the first! The world may never know. Here's how it works. Just look at the pets I have here, and choose the one you want. Give it a name, and then you have two choices. 1) If you have a website, put your pet's picture up on your Star Wars site along with it's name and a link to this page. Then, email me with your address and pets name and I will post it so everyone can see you adopted a pet. Also I'll put the link to your site so people can look at your pet in its home. 2) If you don't have a website, you can just email me and tell me what your pets name is and which one it is. Then send your url to Kitalpha and I will put it up on a page for all the adopted pets. Here is an example (You don't have to do it exactly like this, in a table and everything. Be creative. Do whatever you like best):

Adopted Pets!

The pets here come from many planets in the star wars universe. As some are from books, I have to use my imagination a bit to draw them, so I'm sorry if they are not exactly as you thought they would be. I try to stay as true to description as I can, but sometimes I miss things. If you don't see the pet you want here, just email me and I'll do what I can to get it on this page. This may take a few minutes to load, so please be patient. They are alphabetized so you can find what you want quickly. I do not have pictures for some pets, but I am putting them up here anyway so you can see their info.
 

The Pets:

Arachnor: giant spider like creature from Arzid. It spins sticky webs.

Arcona: scale less reptiles of Cona. They have anvil shaped heads and clear, glassy eyes.

Ball creature of Duroon: spherical herbivore from, guess where? Duroon.

Bantha: Furry quadruped from Tattoine with horns. Used as a pack animal and for riding.

Blope: swamp creature from Endor. Looks like a hippo.

Bonegnawer: carnivorous flying creature from Tattoine. It can crush rock in its jaws.

Bordok: pony like animal from Endor used as a beast of burden by Ewoks.

Colo Claw Fish: The colo is a solitary creature that can grow to over 400 meters in length. It can swallow prey bigger than it's own head by stretching its skin. Often, it will stun prey with hydrosonic shrieks generated from sacs in its throat and head, or lure prey to it with luminescent skin patterns.

Dewback: reptile from Tattoine used for riding and pack work.

Dianoga: omnivorous swamp creature with 7 tentacles and an eyestalk.

Digworm: small worms of Kamar that burrow in rock using acid spit.

Dinko: small, venomous creature with sharp teeth and claws.

Divto: nocturnal 3 headed snake from Endor that poisons its prey.

Duinuogwin: also called Star Dragons. They are snakelike, scaled, multipeds about 10 meters long with large, gossamer wings. They can live on most worlds, or way out in space, and many are Force sensitive.

Here is an eopie. It is native to Tatooine where it is used as a pack animal in the desert.

This is an ewok from the forest moon of Endor. Ewoks are fun loving, teddy bear like creatures that live in the trees.

This is a falumpaset. It is from the swamps of Naboo. They make loud bellowing noises. Gungans make them pull carts for their catapults.

This fambaa is from Naboo. Gungans use them to carry their shield generators into battle. They are really tall!

Fuzzem: they look like fuzz balls with skinny legs. They carry spears all the time.

Gamorrean: Primitive, warlike creatures native to Gamorr and transported to many systems throughout the galaxy.

Gundark: strong, fearless, four armed creature.

Ixll: flying creatures from the fifth moon of Da Soocha. They talk with chirps and whistles.

This kaadu is native to Naboo. Gungans use them for riding.

Kete: creatures like giant dragonflies that live in mounds of sticky stuff.

Kowakian monkey-lizard: stupid and annoying creatures from Kowak.

Krayt Dragon: large reptilian carnivores from Tattoine.

Kroyie: huge bird from Kashyyyk.

Lantern Bird: flying birds of Endor with shimmering tail feathers.

This is a mosgoth from Togoria. They are large flying lizards used for transportation by the feline Togorians.

Mynock: leathery flying creature that feeds on energy from starships. They live out in space.

Nashtah: vicious, green, 6 legged hunters from Dra III. They have a barbed tail.

Nek battle dog: they are sold for fighting on the black market. They are from the Cyborrean system.

Nerf: domestic herbivores raised for meat and fur.

Opee Sea Killer: An aggressive and carnivourous creature that can grow up to 100 meters long. It has thick body plating with jet propulsion vents, six legs for swimming or climbing and a long sticky tongue. Some have been known to chew their way out of other creatures' stomachs after being eaten.

Oswan: transparent, streamlined manta-ray-like creature with strong wings and tentacles hanging below from ThonBoka.

Preducor: predator of Endor's moon with a razor-sharp mane, teeth, and claws, and a spiked tail.

Pterosaur: carnivorous flying reptile fromAmmudd.

Ranat: small, savage ratlike species about one meter tall.

Rancor: 5 meter tall reptilian carnivore. It has large arms, teeth, and claws.

Rishii: feathered birds with both wings and hands. They live on Rishi.

This ronto is from Tatooine. Rontos are very tall and are used as beasts of burden all over the galaxy.

Ruurian: insects from Ruuria with striped fur, 8 legs, feathery antennae, and red eyes.

Rycrit: cowlike animal from Ryloth.

Sand Sloth: ox-rhinocerouslike beasts of burden of Annoo.

Sando Aqua Monster: One of the rarest and deadliest inhabits of the seas of Naboo. It grows up to 1200 meters long.

Sarlaac: Omnivourous creatures that digest their prey over thousands of years. Spores pread young sarlaacs throughout the galaxy. Though they prefer moist, forested planets, they can survive in practically any environment.

Skandit: black-masked, squirrellike species from the moon of Endor.

Space Slug: wormlike mineral-eating things that live in asteroidsand eat mynocks.

Squib; furry, two-legged critters from Skor II. Their fur is red or blue and they have tufted ears and short, black noses.

Sungwa: huge wolf-weasels from Bogden.

Swamp Slug: A large omnivorous predator of the water channels of Dagobah. Their thousands of tiny teeth are used to grind up food. Swamp slugs will often fight with dragonsnakes over food or territory.

Tauntaun: furry, gray animal from Hoth that is fast, agile, and easily domesticated.

This is a tsaelke from the planet Chad. They are playful bronze-colored cetaceans that live underwater.

Umgullian Blob: medium sized blob used for racing on Umgul. Read about blobs in Jedi Search by Kevin J. Anderson.

Urchin: also called Dandelion Warrior. It is a plant that can hurl sharp quills.

Vornskr: sharp-toothed, nocturnal doglike creature of Myrkr with a poisonous, whiplike tail and some Force ability.

Wampa: white, furry ice creature from Hoth.

Wandrella: huge, whitish, wormlike thing from Mimban. It has eye spots on one end and teeth on the other.

Webweaver: large, deadly arachnid from the lower forest levels of Kashyyk.

Wistie aka firefolk. They are glowing, flying, fairielike things from Endor.

Womp Rat: vicious, hairy rodents from Tattoine.

This is a wookiee from the planet Kashyyyk. Wookiees are fearsome fighters that live in cities suspended in the canopy of Kashyyyk's jungle. He might not be too happy about being called a pet though!

Worrts are carnivorous creatures of Tatooine. Not very intelligent, they will attack anything which appears remotely edible.

Yayax: fierce pantherlike creature from Endor.

Ysalamiri: like a salamander. They have fur and can inhibit the Force in a small area.

Yuzzum: furry, toothy, thin legged critters from Endor.
