The Methos Mystique
He's Welsh, he's handsome and he's vaulted into the hearts
and minds of Highlander Fans everywhere as Methos, the oldest
living immortal and as his alter ego - Watcher Adam Pierson;
He's enjoyed every minute of it. "Methos was fantastic to
play because he was a different guy every time I met him."
Peter admits to us during a recent interview. (which was forwarded
to us by his wonderful personal assistant Kelly Andrews.)...

- Peter on Television.
Peter is said to be appearing on the new Chris Isaak show.
For a low-down on the show, go to http://chrisisaak.com/news/.
There is no mention of Peter in the article. The show will
be airing on Showtime. There is no airdate yet. He will supposedly
be playing an auctioneer named Denver Lane.
---
In January, Peter will supposedly be guest starring on the
new series Night Visions.

- Peter in Print.
The #266 issue of Starburst has an 8 page on-location article
about Endgame that includes quotes from Doug Aarniokoski,
Jim Byrnes, Christopher Lambert, Adrian Paul and Peter Wingfield.
Peter doesn't say anything that he hasn't said before about
Endgame. There is one picture of Methos in it (the one found
at the top of the page here: http://www.methos.org/watchers/c98-quickening.html),
but the article has a lot of pictures of Adrian and Christopher,
both from the series and Endgame, a few pictures of Donnie
Yen, a few of Elizabeth Gracen and one of the cartoon Highlander.
You can find out more or order it online at http://www.visimag.com/starburst/266_display.htm.
---
There is a one page Q&A with Peter in issue #73 of Dreamwatch
(October 2000).
Dreamwatch will supposedly be printing an in-depth interview
with Peter in issue #75 (December 2000).
---
The issue #280 of Starlog (November 2000) has an article
on Tessie Santiago and Queen of Swords. There is a picture
of the entire cast on the first page, including Dr. Robert
Helm (Peter's character).

Karyn Swanson who lives in Vancouver is arranging some flowers
from Highlander fans. This is being posted over on HIGHLA-L.
The memorial is tomorrow so this will have to be quick. The
family did not designate a charity and the funeral home suggested
flowers. If you're interesting in contributing, please email
her asap. If there is more money than is needed for an arrangement
it will be donated to a Vancouver charity in his name.

"Permission Granted to repost anywhere in the Highlander
fandom
"Miles Ferguson passed away on Sept 29 due to a car accident.
This information was given by the North Shore Alliance Church.
There was no more information she could give on the accident.
I called to get information on the arrangements & to confirm
before I ordered flowers from Clan Denial.
"The flower shop I used was Sicklemore's. Their toll free
number is #####. Please ask for Coral and tell her that you
were given the number by me. She is indeed wonderfully helpful
& kind. She will be faxing me info on the accident as
soon as she can get to it. Coral from the flower shop shared
some sad news with me. It seems Miles was due to start a new
series this fall. It is heart breaking to see someone cut
down in the start of life.
"A saddened Bair"
Note: The funeral date has already passed.
