Explanation of the conversion: The stats for Crimebuster 00719 can be used as the basis for all Crimebuster Deluxe models. It makes an excellent comic relief villain if played in character in most superheroic campaigns, and well as a possible ally.
History: Crimebuster 00719 was receiving service for an irrational love of violently enforcing the law at a high priced robotics repair facility. He overheard some servicemen being ordered to retrieve three robots and Crimebuster 00719 took those orders to heart. He started a reign of terror in law enforcement across the countryside searching for those robots. Although he was captured and his circuits washed, Crimebuster 00719 seems to relapse into his madness with frightening ease. He enjoys singing America the Beautiful as he travels and blowing up small furry animals.
Powers: Crimebuster 00719 is a deluxe model Crimebuster unit. He has a number of offensive capabilities. This includes machine guns, a grenade launcher, and a flame thrower. He can travel on the land and over water and is heavily armored. He can launch flares and is equipped with a searchlight.
