Explanation of the conversion: I reasoned that using her web shooters to completely tie up his opponents (the 8D8 Entangle) is the only thing that really drains them signifigantly, the other uses, like Swinging or blinding opponents works as long as she still has some Charges left. A Game Master might consider penalizing her a Charge of her Entangle for excessive use of the Multipower.

History: In a not-too-distant possible future, Peter Parker retired his Spider-Man career to live a normal life with his wife and daughter. His daughter, May grew up to become a very athletic and agile varsity basketball player. While watching young May during a game, Peter and Mary Jane noticed that their daughter exhibits what they considered to be superhuman agility and skill. Dismissing the whole things as a fluke, Peter and Mary Jane decided to keep the whole situation under wraps until the mysterious Green Goblin seemingly returned from the grave and cornered May. Terrified, May went home and told her parents of the incident. Vowing to meet the Green Goblin at the Brooklyn Bridge at midnight Peter took off for a final showdown with the Green Goblin. Scared for her husband's life, Mary Jane revealed to May that her father was Spider-Man and that she too inherited some of his abilities. Donning a spare Spider-Man costume, May entered the fracas as Spider-Girl, saving her father's life and thus began the costumed career of the stunning Spider-Girl (What If II #105).

When Spider-Girl tried out as a member of the Avengers, American Dream, Mainframe, Freebooter, Bluestreak and J2 each faced her single in combat and were defeated, but Spider-Girl was beaten by Stinger V. Spider-Girl was made a reserve Avenger (Spider-Girl #13).

Shortly after that Spider-Girl lost her super powers, but continued her super-heroic identity, using the Goblyn gadgets she got from Norman Osborne.

The Avengers were asked by Tony Stark to capture the hero known as the Buzz, thinking he was a thief and murderer, but he was assisted by Spider-Girl and Raptor who thought he was innocent (Spider-Girl #31).

When Spider-Girl tried to go to the Avengers headquarters to explain her actions, American Dream met her and they decided to go patrolling together. American Dream recounted her origin to Spider-Girl and then they met up with the heroic Steel Spider, who was having a mid-life crisis. They happened across a team of the Soldiers of the Serpent and the three heroes fought them, helping restore the Steel Spider's confidence as a hero (Spider-Girl #32).

Spider-Girl then regained her super powers.

Powers: Spider-Girl possesses superhuman strength enabling her to lift (press) 5 tons. In addition to strength, Spider-Girl possesses superhuman reflexes and equilibrium, the ability to stick to most surfaces through electromagnetic adhesion by concentrating, and has a subconscious danger sense. She can reverse her ability to attract matter in order to repel it. Her superhuman strength allows her to leap amazing distances. She also employs twin web-shooters that fire thin strands of web fluid.
