Conversion Notes: This package represents the minimum abilities of a young (16 to 25 year old) song dragon from the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons role playing game. All powers with the "only in hero ID" limitation cannot be used in humanoid form. This write-up uses Champions 5th edition rules.
Song dragons, are one of the smaller, highly intelligent and rarer dragon types. Although it can survive in any climate, it prefers human cities. They can breath a cloud electrically charged gas or attack with their powerful claws and bite. At will a song can assume the form of a human female. They are immune to electricity attacks, as well as being immune to venoms and toxins. They can see through illusions and detect magic at will.
Although generally considered a good race of dragons, player characters can play any alignment. All song dragons are female. They can breed with humans in their human form, or with dragons in their dragons form, but the offspring is always another female song dragon. Song dragons are also known as weredragons, but have no relation to lycanthropes.
Like most dragons they can live for over 1000 years, sense the presence of invisible things, understand and speak any language, see in the dark, are immune to sleep and hold spells, and have large wings which allow flight.
