Differences
Between the two
These two species of marine animals share many more differences then similairities.
Sharks are large fish. Whales are mammals like cats, dogs, and even
humans. Whales swim by moving their tails up and down. Sharks
swim by moving their tails side to side. Sharks are cold blodded
and have gills. Whales are warm blooded and have lungs, meaning that
they cannot stay under water for more then 2 hours. And that's at
the largest. Sharks must always remain swimming so that they can
continue breathing. Whales can stop moving and sleep. Sharks
will attack humans and anything that moves. Whales are very selective
in their hunting.
