Original Stories
I was introduced to end of the world stories by my mother when I was young. She didn't like Star Trek or Star Wars, but since my father was a science fiction fan, she inevitably picked it up, too. She liked end of the world stories because she enjoyed seeing how various authors believed humanity would react to that kind of situation.
I picked up the interest from her. The first book I read was Childhood's End, then Lucifer's Hammer, and Earth Abides.
I was immediately hooked, too.
Many of my original stories deal with the disruption of life on Earth, too, but not all.
