Christmas Ham Steaks
4-6 (1/2" thick) slices of ham
1 1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Several dash of ground cloves
Arrange ham steaks evenly in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. In saucepan, stir together all other ingredients. Cook and stir mixture over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Pour over ham steaks.
Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
