Hollyberry Fruit Dip



1 8 oz. tub of softened cream cheese

1/2 cup Karo light corn syrup

2 tbs. sugar

1/2 cup light sour cream( I prefer real )

1 cup cranberries, chopped

1 tablespoon grated orange peel..( Tigger's Love all things ORANGE )

In a small bowl with a wire whisk, beat the cream cheese, corn syrup and sugar until fluffy.

Blend in the sour cream.

Fold in the cranberries and orange peel.

Chill well.Serve with fresh fruit "dippers" or shortbread cookies!
