Mix both sugars together; set aside. Spread butter over ham. Press the sugar onto the ham. When the ham is totaly covered in sugar, pour honey over the top, allowing it to spread over the sugar mixture.
Roll the ham tightly in aluminum foil. Place in oven for 2 1/2 hours at 225º. Turn oven up to 350º and cook it for 1 more hour. Remove Aluminum foil and brown ham for about 30 minutes. Perfect for 6 to 8 people.
