Peacan Pie




1/2 c. butter or mararine

1/4 c. light corn syrup

1/4 tsp. salt

3 eggs

1 c. pecans

9 inch pastry or unbaked pie shell


Cream the sugar and butter. Add syrup and salt;beat well. Beat in eggs,one at a time. Add pecans. Pour into a 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan. Bake in a moderate oven at 350º for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until the knife comes out clean.
