How does the laser engraving work?
After you submit your order, we then set up the plaque in the format specified when you filled out the order form. That information is then sent to the laser which engraves the image and/or text at 300-600 dots per inch (DPI), producing a high quality laser engraved image. If required, the DPI can be set higher for extremly detailed images.

I want to order many plaques. How do I do it?
For credit card orders, a seperate order must be placed for each item you purchase. If you order by check, money order or cash, 5 items can be ordered at once. If you're planning on ordering more than 5 items, you are eligable for a discout. Any way you order, you must contact us if you're eligable for and want the discount.

How long will it take to get a plaque if I order it today?
Composing and engraving an order will usually take 2-3 days. However, if the order is a rush job, we can complete it in 1 day (24 hours). {Rush jobs will require pre-authorization & cost an additional fee.} The type of shipping selected will also determine how fast it will get there. Shipping time is in addition to the engraving time. If it doesn't require shipping, then it will be ready for pick up the same day it is completed.

Where do I send the money?
After you submit your order, there will be a link given to you at the bottom of the receipt page. Click on it and it will give you all the information needed to complete the order.
