Plantella is a fairly Easy Boss. She has 1450 Hit Points. Her most powerful attack is one where she sticks 2 vines out of the ground and hits 2 party members for MASSIVE damge. U should always try to keep ALL pparty mebers at near full health at all times. When plantela is shaking, she is going to cast Insane Shocker, whick is a totally WEAK spell!. When she turns a lighter color, she is goig to do thorn shower, which does LIGHT damege to ALL party mebers. U must make SUPER sure that Hiro is level 9 or higher before this battle!! In the fight, have Hiro use Poe Sword, Have Jean use needle step and have Ronfar use Calm Litany. It's a really straight forward battle
The Magic Tester is a way easy enemy, although it CAN be a time consuming battle!It has 1400 hit points, LESS THAN PLANTELLA! YAY! When the Magic Tester's eyes start to ROLL, it coild DAZE or CONFUSE a party memeber. When his eyes are CLOSED and his mouth is OPEN, he will do TROUBLE BUBBLE. That can put a party member to SLEEP. After U have destroyed his arms, hands and legs, it will start Jumping on you. Have hero Use Poew Sword, have Jean use Needle step and have Ronfar use either Chance Dice or Calm Litany. After this battle, U get Lemina, the Magic user of the game!
The Phantom Sentry is the first remotely challenging boss. He has 1250 hit points, less than Magic Tester. At the beginning of the battle, before U get to do ANYTHING, he nails U with a cheap jerkshot, which freezes a few of your pparty mebers, but it wears off after a while. When he puts his sword away he is gonna use Jerkshot on you. When he is holding his sword behind him, he will use Skewer Star, when his sword is in front of him, he is going to use Regular Attack. Have Hiro use Poe Sword, have Lemina use Fire Ring or Ice wall, have Ronfar use Calm Litany and have Jean use needle step.
The missing link can be quite hard if U don't know how to beat him (or if U are a total idiot). Incase U hadn't noticed, it seems quite cold and snowy aroud here. DUH!!!! So, Use a lot of fire magic on him. When both of his hands are opening and closing, he is going to cast BONEYARD on U. When the link is sucking are into his mout he is going to use frozen blast. If both of his hands are down, he is going to use gas blaster. If is LEFT hand is opening and closing he is going to use regular attack. At the start of the battle, U might notice that Missing Link has an "ice shield" surrounding him. The ice shield won't go away until U cast Fire Ring on it. Until the Shield is Down, he is invulnerable to ALL attacks. Once the shield is down, have Hiro use Poe Sword (as usuall0 have Jean useNeedle step, Ronfar should use calm litany and Lemina should use Fire Ring. NOTE:NEVER USE ICE ON HIM, AND MAKE SURE U FOUND THE FLAME SABER AND EQUIP RONFAR WITH IT.
I never considered the Assasins a boss, but they give a lot of people trouble, so here they are. They each have 426 hit points, not too bad. But, remeber, it will get 3 attacks per turn until U kill one or 2. Concentrate ALL of your attacks on the same Assasin until it has died, and don't underestimate them, their attacks are quite powerful. As usuall, have Hiro use Poe Sword, have Jean use Carm Dance (a level 13 spell) that will confuse the enemies, have Ronfar use Chance dice, but use Calm Litany when needed and have Lemina use fire ring.
Next there are 2 bosses which reside in The Trial Cave to Vane. They are INCREDIBLY EASY! That's why I'm not even gonna tell U how to beat them, cuz only an idiot couldn't do it themselves. So, if they ARE giving U grief, just E-Mail me and tell me, and I will post them on the page, but, until then I'm not gonna take the time
The corpse crusher is pretty tough. He has 1820 Hit Points, and each of his vines have 420. He gave me a lot of problems, especially the second time. When the crusher's vines are glowing, he is going to do Be-Vine-Tonight. This spell is a pain in the butt! It grabs one of your party members and Doesn't let go. That character takes damage every turn and can't do anything. When his horns are wiggling extra fast he is going to do Nightmare. When dots are flowing into his cheast, he is going to use Pulsinator. LOOK OU!! Pulsinator is a butt-whupper. U should have FULL HP when he is going to cast, and heal RIGHT after he casts it. Take down the vines first, then the Main Body. Hiro should use Poe Sword, Lemina should cast Ice Pick, Have Ronfar use Calm or Rest Litany and make Jean do Needle Step. After U have defeated him, Leo will appear and have everyopne taken away except Hiro. He will talk to U about Lucia, then a priest will come. He says some stuff, spome Plot development occurs, and U must fight another corpse Crusher. THIS BATTLE IS TOUGH!!!!!! U only get Hiro and Leo to fight it. Have Hero use Poe Sword and have Leo use Flash blade, first on the vines then the body. User dover nuts to keep Hiro and Leo alive.
And now, for the first of the four fiends, The WEhite Fiend! YAY! Well, not really. This i about where the bosses start to get tough! When he turns puple, he is going to use Coma Blast. This attack is vey damaging and also muted your party mebers! What is the item called that cures mute? Well, whatever U call it, have a lot of them. If Ronfar isn't muted, then U can cast Clean Magic on your other muted party members. That might be a bad idea though, considering U will be VERY low on life after that attack. He also has another attack called icicles fall on your party. Not too bad. What U gotta watch out for is when he casts Coma Blast instantly followed by the Icicle attack. He likes to do that a lot. After that combo, if U didn't heal, U could lose a few guys. Have Hiro use Poe Sword (again) have Lemina use Fire Ring, make Jean do needle step and have Ronfar cast Calm or Rest Litany. When U have muted party mebers, have him cast Clean Magic.
Lunn is one of the hardest battles in the entire game! Almost as hard as Zophar, the end guy. He has 1980 hit points! I'll get right to the point. When Lunn's hands ar on his Hips, he is going to cast chamelon and become invisible. He is very dangerous in this state. When U see that he is gonna cast it, Cast Dopple Dance immediatly. When Lunn is invisible, and U have a dopple, attack him. When Lunns hands and arms are flaming, he is going to use dragon gale. VERY POWERFUL. When Lunn is standidng on one knee, he is going to use Viper Punch. Viper punch is a pretty powerful attack. DRAGON GALE IS DEVASTATING! Kepp Jean sticked up on Dover nuts for this battle. When U see him about to cast dragon gale, make sure U have almost full life, and, use a dover after he casts it. Another good way to keep Jean safe from Dragon Gale is white Dragon Protect. Use it, since U never cast magic on him. Also, Jean MUST be at least level 24 for this battle or U don't stand a chance. Keep atacking until he goes down!
Well, the Blue Fiend isn't too hard, but he isn't too easy either. He has about 6410 hitpoints. Your characters should be quite weakened from the large dungeon that U just passed, and there guys that do Aqua Wave. You know what I am talking about, right? Well, if U don't, sorry! When his horns become a whitish color, he is going to cast Cryo-Ray, which Freezes a party member. When the Fiends becomes gray, he is going to cast mutation. That is his most powerfull spell, it's not too bad, but with his massive amounts of Hit points, it get annoying! Have Hiro use Poe Sword, have Ronfar use Rest Litany and have Jean use Haduken, most importantly, have Lemina use Fire Ring.
Uh oh! It's Fat-ass! Man, when he walks down the street people say, "Whoa! That's a Fat-Ass!! (I hope I don't get in trouble for saying that he has a fat-donkey!) By, this dude is tough!!! He has 2720 hit points, and each of his balls have 1500. (Not meant in a sick way!) Anyways, each of the three orb which follow borgan around have a different function. The orb in front of Borgan flies out and hits party meber for 90-100 damge, the orb behind him casts healing spells on Borgan which heal about 330 HP. The Orb below him casts Magic Sheild. U MUST disable at least one of the orbs bfore Borgan becomes vulnerable. I suggest that U take out two before killin' His Fatness. You should kill the one that heals him and the one that casts magic sheild. (If that doesn't work you can try your own combo, or try and kill all three, or just one, it's up to you!) When Borgan's arms are outstretched, he is going to cast Gravity Bomb. This is megapowerful. Look mama, I'm Lemina! When he points his fat person cane forward, he is going to cast Ice wall. Have hiro use poesword, have Ronfar use Rest Litany, have jean use blue Dragon Vigor, then attack the next and have Lemina cast Magic sheild. Have her cast it again when the first one runs out. If Borgan is gonna use Gravity Bomb, cast white dragon protect. GOOD LUCK!!
This guy is pretty easy. He has 5760 hit points. When his horn turns a purplish color, he is going to cast Chaos Blast. When his mout is open and he is sucking in air, he is going to use Dethrifuge. When he is "chewing" he will cast Life Breaker, which drains life from U and gives it to HIM. Have Hiro use Poe Sword, have Ronfar use Rest Litany, have Jean use Haduken and have Lemina use Ice Arrow. Not too hard.
The Firebird is fairly easy, but, since U need to fight three of them without a chance to heal in between, it COULD get sorta tough. He has 1950 hit points, and each of his claws have 675, Not too bad. At the begining of the battle, he will just nattack you with his talon. When his wings are outstretched, he will cast Meteor Wings. Have Hiro use Poe Sword on the Clawes, then the body, have Raonfar use Rest Litany, make Lemina cast ice arrow and have Leo use Flash Blade on the claws, then the body. Not too complex, now go whoop some Birdie arse!
Ok, this dude is REALLY tough, unlees you have TWO Dragon Angel Guards. I know that U have one, equip Hiro with it. If you gave the second, give it to Ronfar. Those will kepp all Breath attacks from hurting you, like Gatling Flame and Fire Blast. When the Fiend is a BRIGHT RED color, he is going to do Gatling blast, which is devastating to anyone not equiped with a Dragon Angel Guard. When he is Flapping his wings, he is going to cast Fire Blast. As usual, have Hiro use Poe Sword, have Lemina Cast Ice Arrow, have Jean do Haduken and have Ronfar cast Rest Litany. This one might take a few tries, all you need is some patience and one of those cute little minifridges.
Boss Name: Fake Althena
Ah, the Fake Althena. A fairly tough boss. Not so much hard as she is just plain annoying. (Reminds me of my Grandma.)It has 6465 Hit Points. Each of her other "Oeices" has 3300. In other words, she's got a lot of Hit Pints. When the monsters on her head begin to sparkle, the one on the right is going to cast Brain Buster, and the one on the left is going to cast Fang Fling.
