Palinchron+High Tide+Any X Spell(i use mine with horseshoe crab+hermetic study)
Slap down the high tide making all your islands produce double then put down a palinchron taping 4 islands with 1 left over then untap 7 lands which you only used 4 letting you get all of the excess mana to produce infinate mana.

Orims Prayer+Humility
Slap down the Humility making all creatures 1/1s with no abilites then bring in orim's prayer so you gain 1 life each time the opponent attacks with his 1/1s. So you will never take any damage unless he has disenchants or tranquities

Sliver Queen+Ashnods Altar+Heartstone
Bring in the ashnods altar and heartstone first, then bring in the sliver queen. Use the sliver queens ability of pay 2 to put a sliver token into play but with heartstone in play you only have to pay 1. Sac the sliver token to the ashnods altar producing 2 colorless mana. Pay that 2 to get 2 more sliver tokens then sac them and keep going till you have however many sliver tokens as you want or use an X cast costing spell such as fireball or stream of life
