Steak al Forno - |
One
of my favorite dishes I had during my trip to Door County in
the summer of 2000 was definitely the Steak al Forno at a French
bistro named Theo's. The Steak al Forno is an 8 oz filet
mingon, with a fine layer of deep fried gorgonzola cheese on
top. The steak was served with linguini in a mushroom
cream sauce. The steak was also garnished with baby carrots,
asparagus, and... a flower! That was my main
course for that very, very long meal. (It took about 2
1/2 hours to finish dinner!) |

Al Johnson's - |
Lol,
this place is really a novelty. Al Johnson's is a Sweedish
restaurant in Door County that has real goats on the roof!
I think the goat on the left was taking a dump when my dad was
taking a picture of them... I remember I noticed it was
doing it's business a little after my dad took the picture.

Horseback Riding - |
This
was awesome! I have to go again... The only part
that sucked was the 1/2 hour training thing in the ranch before
you can go ride (that's where I am in the picture, I was getting
annoyed with "training"). |

Chilling - |
This
is just a picture of my mom and sister hanging around the room
at night... Poor sister had to have her wrist broken during
vacation... At least she got to swim and stuff because
she had a new waterproof cast or something like that. |

Nude Go Karting? - |
Lol,
my sister, my dad, and I went go karting one day. Notice
I'm shirtless. I couldn't wear my T shirt because it got
soaked after I got off the waverunner (I fell off of it).
I only remembered to bring a change of boxers and shorts, no
shirt... So I was walking around topless for the rest
of the day until we got to go back to the room to get ready
for dinner. |
